    • 1.1 As our products contain a food component, we do not offer returns on purchases due to:
      • (a) Our inability to verify the conditions in which the product has been stored once purchased
      • (b) The risk that the food components have been contaminated once purchased.
  • 2. Shipping / Delivery

    • 2.1 While we strive to offer the best shipping service possible, delivery dates can be affected by a number of factors out of our control. Therefore we cannot guarantee the date on which orders are delivered and cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delivered beyond our normal delivery expectations.
