What ingredients are used to make your product?

We use only ethically sourced ingredients from both Canada and the United States. We work hard to ensure that we are using the highest quality ingredients so that our customers are getting the best quality purchase as possible.

We use madagascar vanilla, real butter, & eggs so that you are getting the most delicious, high quality cake possible.
Each card is hand packed by us, here on Vancouver Island.

How long does it take to ship?

Although we cannot guarantee shipping dates; we can ensure our customers that we ship our products the same day they order them. We do our best to get them to their designated locations as quickly as possible. To be on the safe side, we always suggest allowing 1 weeks time prior to the birthday, or celebration date in the US, and 7-10 days in Canada. Although we typically get there sooner.
We ship in Canada using Canada Post, and USPS in the USA.

Can you ship outside of Canada & The USA?

We are currently not set up for shipping outside of North America. We are working on a process that will give everyone the ability to purchase and send our products, wherever they happen to be! We will keep you all updated when these new options are available.

Can I buy now and ship later? What are my shipping options?

Currently we do not have a buy now and ship later option. We know it would be so nice to be able to buy all of your birthday cards in advance, and are working to be able to provide you with this option. Once we have our systems locked in place and ready to go, we will make sure to let everyone know.

I don’t have a microwave, can I bake this in the oven?

Our patented pop-up baking case is oven safe, so the short answer is Yes! Although the recipe is designed with microwave baking in mind so typically when our cakes are baked in the oven they do not rise quite as well as when baked following our directions in the microwave

How long do they last?

The shelf life for our cards is 12 months. Although we don’t think they are going last in your home that long! We ensure that you are always getting fresh products, and still have the ability to purchase in advance for an upcoming birthday or celebration. We want to make sure that no celebration is left behind!
